The Benefits of AP High school students across the country and around the world take AP courses and exams to challenge themselves, explore their interests, and earn college credit and placement. The Research-Design-Assessment department is a part of the Teaching and Learning division. Our mission includes coordinating district and state testing as well as providing teachers, students and parents with up to date and accurate assessment data.

You don't need to report all AP exam results. However, if your son took an AP class and doesn't have a corresponding AP test result, the admissions committee will find it very strange and may assume your son was too lazy to take the exam or got a 1 on it. I would recommend you submit all scores. With the passing of AB into state law, students do not need to take a placement test and may register for first level transfer courses in English and Mathematics. S tudents will receive a recommendation on the level of support needed in order to succeed in the transfer course.
